LiquorVerse to support the Tequila Interchange Project
LVCares pledges to donate ⅓ of profits from select orders to TIP
TEQUILA, Mexico - LiquorVerse and LVCares are proud to announce their new partnership with the Tequila Interchange Project, an organization that advocates for the preservation of sustainable, traditional, and quality practices in the tequila and mezcal industry. LiquorVerse has pledged to donate one-third of its profits to TIP for all customers that they or members of their organization bring in through a unique link. Not only this, LiquorVerse has pledged to donate one-third of the profits from these customers every time they purchase in the future.
Using this structure LiquorVerse hopes to achieve a substantial donation over time as the customer list for TIP grows. Owner Zachary Elgart had the following to say about the Tequila Interchange Project: “What the Tequila Interchange Project is doing is great! Being someone who has been lucky enough to travel to Tequila Mexico and see firsthand how beautiful the land is and how good the tequila tastes, I hope that the project succeeds tremendously. The Tequila Interchange Project is dedicated to helping this century-old industry retain its reputation and quality. “Whether acting as liaisons between consumers, producers and the Consejo Regulador del Tequila/Mezcal (Tequila and/or Mezcal Regulatory Councils), sharing ideas about how to mix tequila and mezcal cocktails with the bartenders of Guadalajara, or presenting seminars on topics ranging from sustainable spirits to the history of distillation in Meso-America, TIP utilizes the diverse strengths of its members to engage a broad audience in the history and culture of Mexico’s noble spirit.” -TIP
