bushwood-back-9-11-yr-750ml
BushWood Back 9 11 Yr 750ml

Bushwood Back 9 is an 11-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon bottled in bond as a single barrel at 50% ABV (100 proof), in the 750 ml size. The mash bill is 78% corn, 13% rye and 9% malted barley, aged in new Char 3 oak. Eleven years is real age for a bourbon, long enough for the oak to take charge of the corn sweetness and give the whiskey a darker, drier shape than a younger pour. Expect vanilla, toffee and dried orange on the nose, then caramel, char and baking spice across a full palate, with tobacco and dry oak on a long finish. It's a bottle for bourbon drinkers who like age and proof, and for golfers looking for a gift.

How to drink Bushwood Back 9 11 Year

Neat is the honest serve at 100 proof and eleven years, and one large cube stretches it out for a slow pour. Because it's a single barrel, add water a few drops at a time rather than all at once.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0253/9972/2044/files/750ml_Back_9_11_Year_100Proof_Bottle_Frt_3C_4K_2048x2048_b6a9469a-651a-4122-8c7a-c9e071451525.png?v=1790817014
