How do I sign up for the liquorbucks rewards program?
Don’t worry, it’s easy, all you need to do is create an account on our website. This can be done by clicking the earn rewards tab on the side of the website or by clicking the profile button next to the search bar.
What if I make a purchase before I create a liquorbucks rewards account?
If this happens, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will manually assign the points you earned with your purchase.
How long does my order take to arrive?
It takes us 2-5 business days to process your order. We ship via FEDEX Ground, GSO and other Private Couriers depending on what state you are located in.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a picture at email@example.com and we will make sure to send you a replacement bottle ASAP!
What do I do if FEDEX or GSO does not deliver my package?
On rare occasions FEDEX or GSO will mishandle your package and deem it damaged before it arrives and send it back to our warehouse. If this happens to you, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a new bottle!
I want to buy a gift for a friend. Do you do gift packaging?
Unfortunately, we do not gift wrap as of now, but we make sure each bottle sent is packaged with care and protection so your gift will get there safe and sound.
What is your standard shipping rate?
Our standard shipping rate is $10 for one bottle and $25 for two or more bottles. If you are located in a state which requires a private courier service for delivery, the pricing for delivery can vary.
