La Luna Mezcal Joven Ensamble is a unique blend of mezcal made from a combination of Espadin, Tobala, and Madrecuixe agave. This mezcal is produced in the small village of San Luis del Rio in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made using traditional methods, including roasting the agave in an underground pit, crushing it with a horse-drawn tahona, and fermenting it in open-air vats.
