Due to State and Federal Laws, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption. 

LiquorVerse guarantees deliverability to all of its customers so, if your purchase is damaged or not delivered, we will send a new bottle to replace your purchase. You are responsible for providing sufficient proof that the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption.
