What goes in the sheet

Already have a list? Send it as is.

Any spreadsheet works. If it has each recipient's name, address and bottle, we'll handle the formatting and flag anything missing or unclear before we quote. Prefer a head start? Here's what our template looks like.

Bottle can be a product name, a liquorverse.com link, or just a description of what you're after, like “Kentucky bourbon under $80.” You don't need the exact name. Engraving and a felt sleeve are optional on every row.

Approve one itemized quote

Every recipient on their own line, with bottle, add-ons, shipping and tax. One approval, one invoice. Engraving text is confirmed in writing before anything is cut.

Each gift ships on its own

Separate shipment and tracking per recipient, anywhere we ship: 48 states + DC. Adult signature required (21+) at the door, so send it where someone can sign.

Up to 3 lines, 15 characters each (fewer on some bottles). $25 per bottle, less in bulk. Engraved bottles can't be returned.

Felt bottle sleeves

Any bottle can go out in a felt bottle sleeve, $15 each. Just mark it on that recipient's row.

Ordering for the holidays?

October through December, engraving can add up to two weeks before an order ships.

Send engraved gift lists by Monday, November 30 so they arrive before Christmas.

Yes. Adult signature required (21+) at delivery, so a work address is often easiest.
Can engraved bottles be returned?
No. They're personalized, so they can't be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer pricing on larger orders?
Yes. Depending on the size of your order, we can work with you on pricing. Mention it when you send your list, or book a free consultation.
What will my invoice show?
One itemized invoice for the whole order, with the total for each recipient: bottle, add-ons, shipping and tax. It's built to drop straight into your accounting.
How do I pay?
One invoice for the whole list. You can pay 100% of it by credit card; we accept all major credit cards.
Is there a fee to pay by credit card?
No. There's no extra charge for paying by card.
Can I order now and have it ship closer to the holidays?
Yes. Send your list and approve your quote now to get the project off your plate. We'll hold the order and ship it closer to the holidays, so gifts don't arrive too early.
I need gifts fast. Can you rush an order?
Yes. Rush options are available for last-minute gifting. Put your date in the form and we'll confirm what's possible.
