Who sells the alcohol
LiquorVerse is a commerce platform. Every bottle is sold and fulfilled by our licensed retail partner, who sources through the legal three-tier distribution system.
Who verifies age
Age is confirmed at purchase and again at the door — every delivery requires the signature of an adult 21 or over. No signature, no handoff.

The state list, straight.
We ship to 44 states + DC + PR. Alcohol shipping laws are set state by state, and a few states don't permit retailer shipments like ours — so we don't ship there. Simple as that.
Alaska and Utah are partial — our carriers reach some ZIP codes there but not all of them, so check the address before you count on it.
If your state isn't served, orders placed to those addresses are blocked at checkout rather than cancelled after the fact — we'd rather tell you up front.
