Long before any of this was a website, the people who cared most about a specific bottle just messaged us directly — and when it turned up, it went to them. That never scaled, and it never stopped working either.
The Concierge is that arrangement, made properly. One conversation to learn what you actually want, then a shelf that keeps itself current so you are not hunting through a catalogue built for everybody else.

When something lands that fits, it goes on your shelf and you get told — before it reaches the rest of the network.
Rooms that aren't ticketed
Access to our events — tastings, dinners and pours that are not on a public calendar. Mostly in person, occasionally virtual. And if you are after something we are not running, ask: finding you the right room is part of the job.
Prices before the public
Discounts and promotions reach you first. By the time something is on the open market you have already had the chance to say yes or pass.
A direct line, and a real person on it
Someone picks up. Not an AI, not a ticket queue. Standing in a shop comparing two bottles, stuck on a gift, wondering whether a price is fair, or after an event worth going to — that is what the line is for.

We turn that conversation into a profile and build your page from it. It updates as our inventory moves.

New arrival that fits the profile, however you asked to be reached. No digest nobody reads.
Complimentary for founding members
We are opening this to a small first group at no charge. It will become a paid programme — founding members are how we learn what it should actually be, so if you are in early, expect us to ask you what is working.

The shelf is the everyday version of this. The other end of it is picking a single barrel yourself and taking the entire yield — your own bottling, nobody else's.
One barrel, one owner
You pick it, you take every bottle it yields. Nobody else gets a pour from that cask, and the label carries your name.
Retailer of record handled
Our licensed retail partner acts as the retailer of record — the same partner every order here ships from. You are not standing up a licence to do this.
The barrel comes too
Every bottle ships to you, and so does the cask itself. Most of them end up in a lobby, a bar or an office long after the whiskey is gone.
And it doesn't stop at barrels. We have partners across the industry. If the thing you're chasing exists somewhere, tell your concierge and we'll go after it — that is most of what this programme actually is.
