Mobile Terms
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Terms”) govern the LiquorVerse SMS/text-message program (the “Program”), operated by Top Shelf Liquor Marketing, LLC (“LiquorVerse,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Program, you agree to these Mobile Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Program
When you opt in to the Program, we will send you recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages — such as barrel-pick drops, restock and allocation alerts, and order updates — at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive messages on an ongoing basis based on your activity and our releases.
- Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility; check your plan for details.
- You must be of legal purchase age for alcoholic beverages where you reside to join the Program.
Opting Out
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the 10DLC number associated with our service. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed; you will no longer receive messages from us unless you re-enroll. Opt-in and opt-out occur via the 10DLC number; short-code opt-out routes are not used.
Help
If you need assistance or have questions, text HELP to the same number, or email info@liquorverse.com.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
