• Most likely yes — we ship to 48 states plus Washington DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. The only states we can't currently ship to are Montana and Utah. You can view our full shipping terms by clicking here

• We no longer ship internationally - sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we continue international shipping once again

• It takes us 24-72 business hours to process your order. We then ship ground via a number of Couriers depending on what state you are located in. You can view our full shipping terms by clicking here

• Unfortunately, we do not gift wrap as of now, but we do allow for gift notes at checkout and make sure each bottle sent is packaged with care and proper protection so your gift will get there safe and sound.

• We charge a flat rate of $22 for up to 12 bottles — the same rate whether you're in Florida, New York, Alaska or Hawaii. You can review the exact rates in our shipping terms by clicking here

• Yes. We put together client gifts, closing gifts, holiday lists and employee milestone gifts, with engraving available, and ship to one address or many. The consultation is free. Start on our Corporate Gifting & Private Barrel Picks page.

• Yes. Private barrel picks are for companies, holiday gift lists, whiskey clubs, associations and special occasions. You can arrange the pick yourself and use us as the retailer of record, or use our concierge service to help manage it. Our licensed retail partner receives the bottles and we ship them to as many addresses as you need. See how barrel picks work.

• Take the price of the bottle as you see it on our site and multiply it by the number of bottles in the barrel, which is roughly 180 to 230 from a standard 53-gallon barrel. A barrel pick typically starts at around $8,000 and can run to more than $30,000. A barrel typically has to be paid for in full before we can receive it and ship it, because we have to purchase it from the distributor.

• Not always. Some of our partners offer partial barrels, so you could buy, say, 100 bottles instead of the entire barrel. The maths is the same: the bottle price times the number of bottles you take. Tell us roughly how many bottles you need and we will tell you which options fit.

• Shipping is on top of the cost of the barrel: $22 per address for up to 12 bottles. Shipping every bottle from a barrel to a single address comes to less than $500 on average. For several addresses, we get your list and the number of bottles going to each, then give you an estimate.

• About three months on average. A custom spirit with its own label and bottle takes three to six months. If you are planning for the holidays, start sooner rather than later.

• Email us a picture at Support@liquorverse.com and we will make sure to send you a replacement bottle ASAP!

• On rare occasions couriers will mishandle your package and deem it damaged before it arrives and send it back to our warehouse. If this happens to you, please send us an email at support@liquorverse.com. We will send you a new bottle!
