This claret from Francis Coppola's Diamond Collection Black Label comes in a generously sized 750 ml bottle. This is an excellent vintage selection of claret, the classic French dry, red Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. The wine shows a beautiful, deep ruby color and has aromas of blackberries, blueberries, oak and subtle touches of herbs. The palate is rich and balanced, featuring flavors of juicy dark fruit, earthy minerals and delicate spices. Slow tannins give the wine a pleasing hint of elegance and structure.
