The Glenlivet has been distilling in Speyside since 1824, and its light, elegant, fruit-forward house style anchors much of what people expect from Speyside malt generally. Expect dried fruit, toffee, and a touch of spice on the nose, a smooth, complex palate carrying the same notes through, and a clean, moderately long finish.
