Straight bourbon sets a real floor: a minimum of two years in new charred oak, nothing added but water, no coloring and no flavoring to round the corners. Expect vanilla and caramel on the nose, a palate of brown sugar, corn sweetness and baking spice with oak tightening the middle, and a dry, warm finish. The producing distillery is not stated.
