RY3 Hungarian Oak is a seven-year-old American whiskey finished in a single Tokaji wine cask built from Hungarian oak, a tighter-grained wood that gives up spice more readily than vanilla. Tokaji is Hungary's sweet botrytised white, and casks that held it push a whiskey toward honeyed, apricot-driven territory.
