Casamigos Blanco is an unaged tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco. Casamigos, the brand George Clooney and Rande Gerber started, rests this blanco briefly in stainless steel rather than oak, keeping the cooked agave front and center. Expect soft vanilla and a twist of citrus over that roasted-agave core, with a light black-pepper edge and a clean, faintly sweet close. At 80 proof it stays smooth enough to sip over ice, yet holds its shape against lime and salt in a margarita or paloma.
