The Del Bac Normandie is a limited release, small-batch whiskey made at the Del Bac Distillery in Tucson, Arizona. The whiskey is made from Mesquite-smoked barley and is aged for 13 months in American oak casks. The whiskey has a deep copper color and a nose of rich and sweet notes of vanilla and oak. On the palate, the whiskey is full-bodied and flavorful with notes of smoked chestnut, caramel, and dark chocolate, complemented by sweet aromas of dark fruits and vanilla. The finish is long and oaky with a hint of smoke. This whiskey is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
