Tears of Llorona No. 3 is an extra añejo tequila built like a fine brandy — master distiller Germán González ages 100% Blue Weber agave spirit for five years across Scotch whisky, sherry, and brandy casks at La Tequileña in the town of Tequila, Jalisco. The triple-cask maturation shows: roasted agave and caramel run underneath dark chocolate, dried cherry, and a slow-building oak spice that lands closer to Cognac than most agave spirits ever get.
