YaVe Jalapeño is a naturally infused 100% agave tequila from YaVe, founded by Joe Cruz Jr. in New York City, made from a blend of Highlands and Lowlands agave with a proprietary yeast strain and no additives beyond the natural infusion itself. Fresh — not pickled — jalapeño defines the nose and palate, with peppery heat, green and herbal notes, and a hint of vanilla and brown butter underneath. It's bottled at a lower 70 proof than standard tequila, which keeps the jalapeño's heat approachable rather than overwhelming.

How to drink YaVe Jalapeño
