Neeto Zesty Citrus is a bright citrus cocktail bitters in a 200ml dasher bottle, built from lemon, lime and orange peel rather than juice. Bitters are concentrated botanical infusions in high-proof spirit, so the oils here read sharper and last longer in a glass than a fresh twist does. The nose is lemon zest and coriander seed; the palate is grapefruit pith, orange oil and drying bitter root; the finish is crisp and short. Dash it into a gin and tonic, a vodka soda or a sour that needs lift, or use a couple of drops to finish a glass of sparkling wine.
