About this bottle
From the highlands of Jalisco, Corrido Añejo is an aged tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave at NOM 1412. It rests around eighteen months across three cask types — American oak, Hungarian oak, and Mexican merlot barrels — which pushes it well past the twelve-month añejo minimum and into darker, dessert-leaning territory. The aroma opens on black cherry, spice, and vanilla; the palate is bold with coffee, ripe agave, and dried fruit, closing smooth and long with more coffee and a whisper of oak spice. That barrel program makes it a sipping tequila first. Serve it neat in a snifter after dinner, where the coffee and vanilla can stand in for a nightcap.
