Everything is mixed and balanced in advance, so the only variable left to you is temperature — and temperature is what most home espresso martinis get wrong. The nose is roasted coffee and cocoa; the palate is coffee-forward and only lightly sweet, with dark chocolate and a clean spirit backbone; the finish is dry and roasty rather than sugary. Chill the bottle hard, shake a measure with ice to raise the foam, and strain it into a coupe with three coffee beans on top.
