About this bottle
Garrison Brothers Bottled in Bond is the distillery's first bourbon under the 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act — one distillery, one distilling season, aged at least four years, bottled at exactly 100 proof. It runs the same wheated mash as the rest of the Garrison Brothers line: locally sourced Panhandle white corn, soft red winter wheat, and two-row malted barley. Texas heat accelerates barrel aging hard, so four years here carries more oak and depth than four years would in a cooler climate. The 100-proof standard shows the whiskey at a strength meant to represent the distillery's baseline character, not diluted for approachability or pushed for intensity. Pour it neat or over one cube.
