About this bottle

Kings County Peated Bourbon comes from Kings County Distillery in Brooklyn, New York, the oldest continuously operating whiskey distillery in New York City since before Prohibition, using a portion of peated malt in the grain bill on top of its usual corn-forward bourbon mash. That peated malt is unusual for bourbon, which almost never uses smoked grain. Expect campfire smoke layered over caramel and corn sweetness on the nose, a rich, smoky-sweet palate, and a warm, smoke-tinged finish. It's a genuine crossover bottle for drinkers who like both bourbon and peated Scotch.

How to drink Kings County Peated Bourbon

Sip it neat to appreciate the smoke-and-corn combination — it's unusual enough that mixing it would bury the point of the bottle.
