About this bottle
Milk & Honey Apex Cognac Cask is a single malt whisky from M&H Distillery's high-end Apex line, finished in casks that previously held cognac. Expect the base malt's honeyed sweetness picking up dried fruit, orange peel, and light oak spice from the cognac cask, with a rich, warming finish. It's one of M&H's smaller, more exclusive releases, aimed at collectors following Israeli whisky's growing reputation.
How to drink Milk & Honey Apex Cognac Cask
Neat, in a tulip glass, is the way to catch the cognac cask's dried-fruit and orange-peel character layered over the malt base.
