About this bottle
This bottling comes from Springbank, the Campbeltown distillery that still floor-malts its own barley and runs it through direct-fired stills using Springbank's signature partial triple distillation. Campbeltown's coastal location leaves a light maritime thread running through the spirit, alongside the malt-forward, slightly oily character the distillery is known for across its range. Springbank has been distilling on this site since 1828 and remains one of the few Scottish distilleries doing its own malting on-site rather than buying it in. This bottle is for single malt drinkers who care about traditional production methods as much as what's in the glass.
How to drink Springbank Campbeltown Single Malt
Drink this neat in a tulip glass to start, then add a few drops of water if you want the maritime and malt notes to open further. It's a sipping whisky, not one built for a cocktail.
