Du Nord Prominence Gin comes from Du Nord Craft Spirits, a Minneapolis distillery notable as one of the first Black-owned distilleries in the US, built on a botanical bill of juniper, coriander, citrus, pepper, and rosemary blended with local spring water. Distilled in small batches, it's a lighter, fresher style of gin rather than a heavily juniper-forward London dry, with rosemary and citrus giving it a distinct herbal lift. Expect juniper and coriander up front, citrus and pepper through the middle, and a clean, dry finish. It works equally well in a classic gin cocktail or a modern, botanical-forward one.
