About this bottle
Crafted with botanicals that can be spotted around the local grasslands and coastal golf courses in Scotland. Inspired by our proximity to the coast along the St. Andrews Links, we created a seaweed base gin from locally sourced Kombu seaweed. Its mild, umami profile is complemented with notes of quintessentially Scottish heather and lavender which adds a floral undertone.
How to drink Eden Mill Golf Gin
Build it into a gin and tonic with a light, dry tonic so the seaweed and heather don't get buried — a lemon twist works better here than lime. It's distinctive enough to also take a simple soda and ice.
