The Base Spirit: It starts with a premium, neutral grain base spirit composed of 80% GMO-free corn sourced from Quebec and 20% organic wheat from Italy. 

The Equipment: The gin is 100% hand-distilled using an antique, 200-year-old copper Charentais Cognac pot still. 

The Method: Master distiller Crispin Cain employs a double-distillation technique, extracting flavor by gently steeping and boiling a proprietary blend of hand-selected international and local Californian botanicals.

Botanicals: Umbrian & Macedonian juniper berries, California lemon and orange peels, French grains of paradise, French orris root, Italian rosemary, and Vietnamese cinnamon.

Nose: Fresh and crisp, mimicking a vibrant squeeze of citrus and baking spice inside a pine forest.

Palate: Bright bursts of orange zest and pine sit forward, layered over a backdrop of white pepper and a creamy lemon custard texture.

Finish: Clean, smooth, and highly refreshing.
