St. George Valley Gin comes from St. George Spirits in Alameda, California, built around 25 botanicals led by fresh orange blossom alongside angelica root, bergamot, cardamom, fresh cucumber and dill, and a mix of citrus. Spice and citrus botanicals are infused separately into grain spirit, then redistilled through a copper pot still fitted with a vapor-infusion basket of juniper, cilantro, and bay laurel before the batches are blended and proofed to 45% ABV. The result is soft and aromatic rather than juniper-forward, closer to walking through an orange orchard than a classic London dry. Good for gin drinkers who want something floral and citrus-led over piney and bold.
