Arbikie Highland Estate Haar is a Scottish single malt whisky crafted from barley grown on the Arbikie estate, milled and distilled in copper pot stills before maturing in carefully selected oak casks. It has a soft nose with hints of butterscotch, stewed fruit, and rich oak tones, and a buttery-smooth palate with toffee, floral spice, citrus, and a gentle smoky finish. The whole process — growing, distilling, and bottling — happens on the estate itself, a field-to-bottle approach that's rare for Scotch whisky.

How to drink Arbikie Haar

Neat is the way to go, with a few drops of water if you want to open the butterscotch and stewed fruit notes further. Ice isn't necessary given how soft and buttery the palate already is.
