Ardbeg Scorch is a limited-edition Islay single malt from the famously heavily peated distillery, finished in what Ardbeg describes as 'fiercely charred' casks to intensify the smoky, charred-wood character the brand is known for. Ardbeg peats its malted barley to a high phenol level, giving its whiskies a distinctive medicinal, tarry smokiness beyond most other Islay malts.
