Bruichladdich Port Charlotte OLC:01 2010 is a heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky from the Port Charlotte line, Bruichladdich's smoky counterpart to its unpeated core range, distilled on Islay. Aged roughly a decade in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso sherry casks, it's bottled at 50% ABV. Expect a nose of coastal smoke, peat and dried fruit from the sherry finish, a palate that balances heavy peat against sherry-driven sweetness and spice, and a long, smoky finish.
