Regular price $653.99Three times named World's Best Blended Malt by Whisky Magazine, Nikka Taketsuru Pure Malt 21 Year is a Japanese whisky that is no longer made. The blend carries the name of Masataka Taketsuru, the founder who brought Scottish distilling home to Japan, and marries malts from the company's two distilleries — Yoichi's rich, coastal spirit and Miyagikyo's softer, fruitier make — each aged at least 21 years in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. At 43% ABV the whisky shows tropical fruit, roasted nuts, and mocha over a sweet malt core, with citrus and cinnamon riding a long finish. The distillery discontinued the age-stated Taketsuru line in March 2020, so remaining bottles are finite. Open this one for milestone nights, or shelve it and watch it appreciate.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
- Email us a picture at Support@liquorverse.com and we will make sure to send you a replacement bottle ASAP!
What do I do if a courier does not deliver my package?
- On rare occasions couriers will mishandle your package and deem it damaged before it arrives and send it back to our warehouse. If this happens to you, please send us an email at support@liquorverse.com. We will send you a new bottle!
