Above Board Cream Liqueur 750ml

Above Board Cream Liqueur is a cream liqueur, the style built by emulsifying dairy cream with spirit and sugar so the bottle pours thick and stays stable on the shelf. It sits firmly at the dessert end of the back bar and makes no apology for it. Expect a nose of vanilla, milk chocolate and a little caramel, a rich, coating palate of sweet cream, cocoa and toffee, and a soft finish with a faint spirit warmth running underneath the sugar. Like all cream liqueurs it is happiest cold and fresh, so keep it cool and finish it within a few months of opening. Serve it over plenty of ice, poured into coffee, or shaken with espresso.
