Bols Blue Curaçao is an orange liqueur dyed a distinctive bright blue, from Bols, the Amsterdam house that has been making liqueurs since 1575 and is one of the oldest spirits brands still in production. Curaçao liqueur is traditionally flavored with the dried peel of the laraha citrus grown on the island of Curaçao; the blue coloring itself is purely cosmetic and doesn't change the underlying orange flavor. Expect bright orange peel on the nose, a sweet, citrus-forward palate, and a clean finish. A cocktail-bar and tiki-drink color staple as much as a flavor ingredient.
