Dom Pérignon P2 Vintage 2004 is the second plénitude release of the 2004 vintage from Dom Pérignon, meaning the wine has been given extended aging on its lees - roughly double the time of the standard vintage release - before disgorgement, developing more depth and complexity as a result. P2 releases are meant to show how the same vintage evolves with significantly more time in the cellar than the standard bottling.
