Flor de Caña V Generaciones 30 Year is an ultra-aged Nicaraguan rum, drawn from a single cask laid down for three full decades. The distillery ages its rum naturally in tropical heat, with no added sugar and no additives, so what reaches the glass is the barrel's own work. The color is a dark copper, the nose carries tropical fruit, cocoa, and warm nutmeg, and the palate moves through oak, cocoa, and sweet vanilla while staying soft rather than heavy. At 45% ABV, thirty years of maturation read as depth, not heat. This is a limited release built for slow sipping. Pour it neat in a glass that lets the aromatics open, and leave the ice in the freezer.
