Midleton Dair Ghaelach Whiskey Tree #4 is a limited edition single pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery. It is made from a blend of pot still whiskeys aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in virgin Irish oak casks. The whiskey is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered. The whiskey has a deep golden colour and a nose of sweet vanilla, toasted oak, and dried fruit. On the palate, there are notes of honey, spice, and toasted oak, with a long, smooth finish.
