Single pot still — a uniquely Irish style distilled from both malted and unmalted barley — gives it a creamy, peppery backbone, and this expression is matured exclusively in American bourbon barrels rather than the sherry casks common to the category. Bottled at 46%, it opens with vanilla and toasted oak over lime, green pear and a green-pepper snap, then turns to fresh citrus, mandarin sweetness and a dusting of cinnamon.
