Parker's Heritage Collection Double Barrel Blend Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey is a unique blend of two different bourbons, each aged for at least eight years. The first is a wheated bourbon, made with wheat instead of rye as the secondary grain. The second is a high-rye bourbon, made with a higher proportion of rye in the mash bill. The two bourbons are then blended together and aged in new, charred oak barrels for an additional two years. The result is a smooth, complex whiskey with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and spice.
