The Macallan M is a no-age-statement, ultra-single malt from The Macallan distillery in Speyside, matured in a combination of European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks — the same cask philosophy behind Macallan's core sherry oak range, built here for a flagship, limited release. It's bottled at 43% ABV. Expect dried fruit, toffee, and oak on the nose, with honey, vanilla, and spice on the palate, finishing long with oak and a whisper of smoke. It's a special-occasion whisky for sipping slowly rather than mixing.
