Clément Première Canne is an unaged white rhum agricole from Clément, a Martinique producer operating under the island's AOC Martinique designation, one of the few rum-producing regions in the world with the same protected-origin status as Champagne or Cognac. It's distilled from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice rather than molasses, giving it a grassier, more vegetal character than standard molasses-based white rum. Expect bright, herbaceous sugarcane notes on the nose, a clean, vegetal palate, and a crisp, dry finish.

The classic use is a ti' punch, just rhum, lime and cane sugar — or a Daiquiri if you want it shaken with citrus.
