Buffalo Trace O.F.C. Old Fashioned Copper 2005 is a vintage-dated Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, distilled in 2005 and aged twenty years before bottling at 45% ABV. The O.F.C. name revives Buffalo Trace's own 19th-century "Old Fire Copper" mark, and each release is bottled in a hand-cut, individually numbered crystal decanter rather than a standard glass bottle. Two decades in the barrel push the whiskey toward caramel, dried fruit, aged leather and deep oak on the nose, with a rich, concentrated palate of dark fruit, warm baking spice and vanilla carrying into a long, oak-integrated finish.
