About this bottle
Bols Genever Original is a classic Dutch genever made from malt wine blended with a selection of herbs, spices, and grains for a distinctive juniper character quite different from a modern London Dry gin — maltier, rounder, and closer to a whiskey-gin hybrid in body. Bottled at 37.5% ABV in a 1-liter bottle, it's a favorite in Holland and works well as the base for classic Dutch cocktails or a Genever-based Martini.
