About this bottle
Cava de Oro Tequila Añejo Cristalino is an extra-aged tequila made in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Crafted from 100 percent hand-selected blue agave, it is slowly aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months, then filtered to strip the color while keeping the barrel-aged character. Its aromas of honey, dried fruit, and warm spice follow through on the palate, with notes of cooked agave, roasted nuts, toffee, and brown sugar. The finish carries a hint of herbal complexity and citrus.
How to drink Cava de Oro Añejo Cristalino
Sip it neat to appreciate how the barrel character shows despite the clear color, or use it in a cristalino Old Fashioned in place of whiskey.

Questions about this bottle
How should Cava de Oro Añejo Cristalino be served?
Serve it chilled or at room temperature in a small tequila glass — cristalino tequila is filtered clear but retains much of the barrel-aged character underneath.
How is Cava de Oro Añejo Cristalino made?
It's aged a minimum of 12 months in American oak to earn the Añejo designation, then charcoal-filtered afterward to strip the color while keeping the aged flavor — that's what makes it 'cristalino.'
