About this bottle
Five years in ex-cognac French oak is a long maturation for any tequila, and Chula Parranda Extra Anejo Artesanal wears every month of it. This 100% Blue Weber agave extra anejo is made at Tequila Tres Mujeres in Jalisco under distiller Sergio Partida, and it drinks more like an aged brandy than a young agave spirit. The nose leads with dusty oak, vanilla custard, and baked apple dusted in cinnamon over roasted agave. The palate turns velvety: caramel, creme brulee, dark chocolate, and a gentle spice. It closes long and warm, oak and soft chocolate lingering. The hand-painted ceramic decanter is built for gifting, but the tequila earns a proper Glencairn, so sip it neat.
