Compass Box Nectarosity is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Compass Box, the London-based blending house that names its component whiskies with more transparency than most Scotch producers. Built to showcase a honeyed, sweeter side of malt whisky, it combines malts matured across a mix of cask types, including ex-Bourbon and sherry casks, chosen to layer honey and vanilla over the underlying grain character rather than lead with peat or heavy oak.
