About this bottle

Death's Door Gin is built on one of the shortest botanical bills in American craft gin — just juniper, coriander, and fennel, grown or sourced from Washington Island in Lake Michigan and the surrounding Door County region, with nothing else added. That minimalism is deliberate: rather than layering in a dozen botanicals, Death's Door lets those three ingredients speak clearly, producing a gin that's savory and slightly anise-forward next to the juniper rather than citrus-bright. It was originally distilled by Dancing Goat Distillery in Wisconsin. Paired here with Fever-Tree Tonic Water, it's set up as a ready-made gin and tonic kit rather than a standalone bottle.

How to drink Death's Door Gin

Build the G&T straight from the included Fever-Tree tonic and a lemon twist — the fennel note wants citrus more than it wants sweetness.
