Don Londres Blanco is a tequila made from 100% blue agave harvested in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, bottled unaged at 40% ABV. It has a soft flavor with fine fruit and herbal aromas, finishing dry and citrusy with a touch of acidity typical of a highlands blanco. That highland character tends to lean brighter and more citrus-forward than lowland blancos, which show more raw agave and earth. It works well solo, in classic mixes like a Margarita or Tequila Sour, or in modern cocktails like a Paloma or Michelada.
