That tea addition is genuinely unusual for a gin — it adds a grassy, slightly smoky bitterness rather than a straightforward juniper-forward profile, and it's also why the gin turns a soft rose-gold color when citrus or tonic hits the glass. Bottled at 86 proof, it's built to be noticed rather than blend into the background. Good for drinkers bored of standard London Dry.
